1.  What is Serial # & ActiveSync ID. Where can I locate them ?


2.  I have reinstalled the application after a Hard/Clean Reset & the
unlock key does not work now. How can I get a new unlock key ?

1.  What is Serial # & ActiveSync ID. Where can I locate them ?

Serial # is the 19 digits # that you can find on the Registration screen & ActiveSync ID
is the Sync ID of your Mobile Device. For help on locating the ActiveSync ID & Serial #

2.  I have reinstalled the application after a Hard/Clean Reset & the

You need to email the New ActiveSync ID & the Serial # on support@3grtech.com.

3.  I have purchased a product but have not recieved a Unlock key?

Please give 2 working days for your key to be generated. In case its more than 2 days,
please contact us on support@3grtech.com with the Purchase order details & Date,
ActiveSync ID & Serial #.For help on locating the ActiveSync ID & Serial #

Due to Spam filter many emails are directed to the Bulkmail folder.
We request you to check the Bulkmail Folder for the email sent to you with the unlock key.


4.  I have a Unlock key. Where do I enter it to Register the program ?

The User Guide attached with the program contains the Registrations Steps. If you do have
the user guide, please visit the product page on this website & click on the 'Manuals' link.


5.  I get a 'Invalid Key' message when I try to enter the key. What do I do ?

There could be multiple reasons for the key not working.
1. You have supplied a incorrect Device ID/ Serial #.
2. the generated Key is case sensitive. Please take care that
    Character '0' is Numeric Zero & not alphabet 'o' in the key.
3. You are trying to unlock a different version/program.


6.  At the time of installation I get a pop up on the handheld that says "designed for previous versions of windows mobile software", is the package compatible with my device?

This is just a warning message & it does not harm the device or the application in any manner. Please tap on OK & continue with the installation.


7. How to tell if your device is a Smartphone or a Pocket PC phone?

Pocket PC phone has a touch screen and you can use a stylus to operate it, while Smartphone does not have a touch screen or a stylus, it has a QWERTY keyboards or a 12-key keyboard. Also in Pocket PC phones the windows flag logo is on the top left while in Smartphone it is on the bottom left of the home screen.
