1. What is Serial #
& HotSync ID. Where can I locate them ? Serial # is the 19 digits # that you can find on the
Registration screen & HotSync ID is the Sync ID of your Mobile Device.
2. I have reinstalled the application after a Hard/Clean Reset & the
unlock
key does not work now. How can I get a new unlock key ?
You need to email the New HotSync ID & the Serial # on support@3grtech.com. 3.
I have purchased a product but have not recieved a Unlock key?
Please give 2 working days for your key to be generated. In case its more than 2 days, please
contact us on support@3grtech.com with the Purchase order details & Date,
HotSync ID & Serial #.
Due to Spam filter many emails are directed to the Bulkmail folder. We request you to check
the Bulkmail Folder for the email sent to you with the unlock key.
4. I have a Unlock key. Where
do I enter it to Register the program ? The User
Guide attached with the program contains the Registrations Steps. If you do have
the user guide, please visit the product page on this website & click
on the 'Manuals' link.
5. I get a 'Invalid Key'
message when I try to enter the key. What do I do ? There could be multiple reasons for the key not working . 1.You have
supplied a incorrect Device ID/ Serial #. 2. the generated Key is case
sensitive. Please take care that Character '0' is Numeric Zero
& not alphabet 'o' in the key. 3. You are trying to unlock a different
version/program.
