1.  I have purchased a product but have not received a Unlock key?


2.  I have a Unlock key. Where do I enter it to Register the program ?


3.  I get a 'Invalid Key' message when I try to enter the key. What do I do ?


1.  I have purchased a product but have not received a Unlock key?

Please give 2 working days for your key to be generated. In case its more than 2 days,
please contact us on support@3grtech.com with the Purchase order details & Date,
  & Serial #. Due to Spam filter many emails are directed to the Bulkmail folder.
We request you to check the Bulkmail Folder for the email sent to you with the unlock key.


2.  I have a Unlock key. Where do I enter it to Register the program ?
  • To register press key [g] and [Exit].
  • Enter the Unlock Key.
  • Click on 'Enter Key'


    3.  I get a 'Invalid Key' message when I try to enter the key. What do I do ?

    There could be multiple reasons for the key not working.

    1. The generated Key is case sensitive. Please take care that
        Character '0' is Numeric Zero & not alphabet 'o' in the key.
    2. You are trying to unlock a different version/program.
